Navigating DentalFlo AI

Here's a quick tour of what each button on the left side of your screen does. You'll use this sidebar a lot, so let's make sure you're comfortable with it.

Dashboard

This is your home base. It shows all the important stats—calls, messages, bookings, and new patients. You'll also see graphs and trends to help you understand how your virtual receptionist is performing over time.

Calendar

See your appointment schedule at a glance. You can view upcoming bookings and manage your clinic's calendar here. If you've integrated your Practice Management Software (PMS), your calendar will stay in sync automatically.

Agents

This is where you manage your AI agents. You can create, edit, or remove solo and multi-agents for different clinics. Think of this as your control panel for the virtual staff answering your calls and texts.

Communications

Need to check a call or message? This is the place. You'll find a history of all inbound and outbound calls and SMS conversations handled by your AI agents.

Automations

Automations help your agents work smarter. Set rules for how your AI handles common tasks—like replying to missed calls, confirming appointments, or sending reminders—without lifting a finger.

Org Settings

Here, you'll find all the details about your organization in DentalFlo AI. Update your organization name and manage your members here.

Integrations

Connect DentalFlo with the other tools you use—especially your Practice Management Software (PMS). This allows your AI agents to access your scheduling system and patient data to handle bookings more accurately.

Reporting

View detailed reports on usage, performance, and trends. It's useful if you want to get into the numbers—like how many calls your AI is handling, how many appointments it's booking, and how patients are engaging.

Theme

Customise how the platform looks. You can toggle between light or dark mode depending on what's easier on your eyes.

Notifications

Stay on top of updates and alerts. You'll get notified about new bookings, billing info, or anything that needs your attention.
