Delete data from Meta integration

If you have connected your Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account to Dentalflo AI and wish to delete the data collected through that integration (such as lead form submissions via Meta Lead Ads), follow these steps:

  1. On the sidebar menu, select Integrations and then click the Social tab.

  2. Click Disconnect Meta Integration, and then choose your preferred data deletion method:

    • Delete all previously collected Meta lead data
    • Retain previously collected lead data for ongoing use

    DentalFlo processes the data it collected through Meta based on your selected method.
