Connect Dentally to DentalFlo AI
You can connect your Dentally account to DentalFlo in two steps:
Before you start
Before connecting your Practice Management Software (PMS), complete these checks in your clinic’s Dentally account:
- Verify that your practice location or site details (name, address, etc.) are accurate and up to date.
- Review the list of active practitioners and confirm their offered services and appointment types are correct.
1. Create a DentalFlo app in Dentally
- In Dentally, go to Settings → Developer.
- Under Developer Settings, open the Apps section and click New application.
- On the New application form, enter the following values:

- URL:
- Click Submit.
- After the app is created, Dentally generates a client ID and secret. Copy these credentials—you will use them when connecting Dentally to DentalFlo.
2. Connect Dentally to DentalFlo
- In DentalFlo, go to Integrations → PMS.
- From the list of available PMS options, click Connect next to Dentally.
- In the pop-up, enter the client ID and secret you generated in Dentally (see Create a DentalFlo app in Dentally).
- Click Connect Dentally.
- Once connected, open the PMS settings (gear icon) to review your clinic locations, practitioners, and services. Confirm that the data DentalFlo pulled from your PMS is accurate and up to date.
